Sr. Manager Reporting Lead

As a Sr. Manager Reporting Lead supporting our Global Consolidation & Reporting (C&R) team you will be trusted to ensure the accuracy integrity and insightfulness of Alcons consolidated financial results. You will play a highly visible and impactful role partnering closely with senior stakeholdersincluding the CFO organizationto deliver highquality reporting and drive continuous improvement across our global financial processes.

A typical day in this role will include:

• Collaborating with global finance teams (BPA Treasury Tax FRA Operations) to deliver an accurate and timely monthend closing deck ensuring insights clarity and strong storytelling for senior leadership
• Leading assigned sections of monthend and quarterly reporting calls presenting key findings and guiding CFO CAO and BPA teams through complex financial topics
• Coordinating and preparing the quarterly Balance Sheet Review process delivering highquality analytics documentation and followup actions
• Supporting external reporting activities including data flow validation tieouts analytics and review of draft external reporting documents
• Acting as a key point of contact for External Auditors and Financial Assurance ensuring timely responses strong collaboration and highquality audit deliverables

WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON

• Education:
  • University degree in Finance Accounting or related field; CPA / Chartered Accountant strongly preferred
• Experience:
  • 58 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years in Big 4 or public accounting with strong technical accounting background
  • Experience in global consolidation financial reporting systems and multinational environments
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong IFRS knowledge
  • Experience with SAP Workiva Blackline and consolidation/reporting tools
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to translate data into meaningful insights and presentations
  • Behaviors & Capabilities:

    • High attention to detail strong prioritization and ability to manage multiple deadlines
