主な業務内容

スパサロンホテルスパにおける新規取引先の開拓

既存パートナーとの関係強化および売上拡大

新規契約に向けた商談交渉導入サポート

社内関係部署と連携した質の高いブランド体験の提供

市場のニーズを踏まえた営業戦略の実行

ラグジュアリー商材プレミアム消費財または化粧品業界におけるBtoB営業新規開拓の経験をお持ちの方

顧客との信頼関係を築き売上拡大につなげられる方

We are hiring: Wholesale Manager Japan

VALMONT is looking for a passionate and results-driven Wholesale Manager to support the continued growth of our business in Japan.

This is a key client-facing role focused on developing our spa salon and hotel spa channel. The successful candidate will build new partnerships strengthen existing accounts and contribute to the

sustainable growth of our luxury skincare business in the Japanese market.

We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial capability with a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset.

Key responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities with spas salons and hotel spas

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners

Drive sales growth across existing accounts

Lead negotiations and support the onboarding of new partners

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high-quality brand experience

Ideal profile

Experience in B2B sales and business development within luxury premium consumer goods or cosmetics

Proven ability to acquire new accounts and grow sales

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

A proactive and independent working style

Interest in working in an international environment

Experience in the spa salon or hotel spa channel and English communication skills would be an advantage.
