I/ Job Detail
(1) Salary bonus insurance tax Full-cycle Payroll
- Responsible for full-cycle payroll: data consolidation salary & bonus calculation reconciliation payroll closing and coordination of payment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform procedures related to social insurance health insurance unemployment insurance and PVI health insurance (enrollment/withdrawal processing benefits/insurance entitlements for employees).
- Perform declaration and finalization of personal income tax (PIT); support employees with tax-related procedures.
- Implement and operate the companys existing welfare policies (fixed benefits programbased benefits internal policies).
(2) Labor relations & legal compliance
- Execute labor contract signing extension termination and resignation procedures in accordance with the process.
- Manage store and update employee records and personnel data to ensure completeness accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate handling of laborrelation issues (questions complaints disciplinary actions disputes if any).
- Ensure compliance with the Labor Code and relevant legal regulations within the assigned scope.
(3) Performance evaluation
- Plan and communicate periodic performance evaluation activities of the company.
- Monitor progress remind and ensure departments execute on time.
- Compile evaluation results prepare data/reports to support decisions related to salary & bonuses recognition and personnel development.
(4) Design & improvement of compensation & benefits (C&B) policies
- Participate in evaluating and proposing improvements to salary bonus and welfare policies to build a total rewards mechanism suitable for the companys direction and the market.
- Participate in human resource development projects building a productive engaged happy working environment for employees.
(5) C&B reports & data
- Prepare salary bonus and personnel cost reports as required by management.
- Prepare welfare insurance tax and personnel fluctuation reports for the Leadership Board and relevant parties.
- Ensure C&B data is accurate consistent and ready for internal audit/check.
II/ Job Requirement
Experience & expertise
- Minimum 03 years of practical experience in C&B/Payroll; priority given to candidates who have been fully responsible for fullcycle payroll.
- Solid understanding and application of Labor Law social insurance PIT; experience handling reallife situations regarding labor relations (salary adjustments social insurance PIT finalization for resigned employees policy changes).
- Priority for candidates who have worked in technology/IT/product companies or fastgrowth environments.
- Having a Total Rewards certification is a big plus.
Skills
- Proficient and good at using Excel (mandatory).
- Systematic thinking strong data control meticulous accurate when working with important data.
- Clear communication; ability to explain C&B policies to employees and coordinate effectively with other departments.
- English reading comprehension.
Work ethic
