Job Summary

Were looking for a Level 2 System and Service Desk Technician to support maintain and improve our core IT infrastructure. This role serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues and plays a key role in ensuring system reliability performance and security.

Youll work closely with internal teams and external vendors in a fast-paced environment supporting critical systems and participating in incident response and on call rotations.

What Youll Do

Act as an escalation point for complex technical support issues

Respond to critical incidents and participate in on call rotations

Administer maintain and monitor servers and core IT infrastructure

Install support and troubleshoot third party software solutions

Coordinate with external vendors for issue resolution and updates

Monitor system performance availability and security

Perform system updates patching backups and recovery procedures

Maintain clear technical documentation and operational procedures

Support continuous improvement of IT processes and systems

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 phone support

Act as an escalation point for complex technical support issues

Respond to critical incidents and participate in on call rotations




Specific

Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role

Ability to manage high priority incidents under pressure

Comfortable working on call and handling critical issues

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams

English fluency required

Nice to Have

Leadership skills or experience mentoring junior team members

Experience working in fast paced or client facing environments

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft CompTIA VMware or similar

Strong organizational and time management skills

Technical Skills


Windows Server administration and virtual machine environments

Experience managing escalated support cases and incident response

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals such as DNS DHCP and TCP IP

Experience supporting third party software solutions

System monitoring patching backup and recovery processes

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
