Key responsibilities:

• Analyzes business requirements or issues in the Sales Area for our AGS department. Converts analysis to functional specifications and designs solutions to meet cross functional business requirements or resolve issues.
• Performs and documents software application configuration - mainly in the SAP ECC & B2B Sales area and to-be SAP S4 Hana Environment. Prepares and executes testing scenarios and scripts (unit integration performance regression acceptance) and data conversions.
• Provides business application functional support services to meet performance availability customer service level agreement and customer satisfaction targets.
• Delivers project and support services in area of Sales within allocated budget. May be responsible for development of budget & timeline estimates for small to mid size projects.
• Adheres to GIS project management software application development testing service management change management RCA and other relevant processes standards governance and controls. May manage execution of sox controls and testing and support internal and external audits.
• Manage small to medium sized business application projects to ensure effective and efficient execution in line with guardrails of scope timeline budget and quality.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.
• Masters degree is preferred.

Experience

• 3 years of progressive experience in ERP systems functional or solution architecture.
• Strong background in Waterfall project delivery.

Skills

• Strong understanding of crossapplication functional design and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Highly developed problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to balance multiple complex priorities while ensuring highquality outcomes.

• Strong customer orientation and businessvalue mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to drive clarity alignment and delivery excellence across complex programs.

Functional Knowledge:

• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in the SAP ECC Sales Area and/or SAP S4 Hana Sales Area. Expertise in SAP ECC SD configuration and Sales Business Processes.
