What Youll Do
- Handle bank transactions including cash deposits withdrawals remittances and transfers.
- Review and process invoices receipts and accounting entries for various expense payments.
- Perform account reconciliations for various accounts including TWD USD petty cash and credit cards.
- Manage accounts receivable processes such as invoicing discounts and voiding.
- Assist in tracking overdue accounts receivable payments.
- Support the recognition and addition of fixed assets.
- Prepare and file business tax and withholding income tax reports.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- Handle other finance-related tasks as needed.
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and general accounting principles; skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive work attitude; intermediate to advanced English proficiency and willingness to work with English materials.
