- Previous HR experience essential
- At least 3 years experience in operational environment preferably agriculture
- Computer literacy in MS Office (excel outlook word)
- Must have strong management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with and motivate a team
- Valid Drivers license
