Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design implement and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple sites ensuring high system availability and minimal downtime
Manage networks (LAN WAN Wi-Fi VOIP) cloud platforms and end-user systems to support business operations
Oversee IT security including firewalls Microsoft 365 security tools and access controls to ensure data protection and compliance
Lead IT support delivery act as escalation point for complex issues and manage vendors service providers and infrastructure upgrades

Key Requirements

Strong experience in IT infrastructure network management and multi-site support environments
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Azure AD Exchange Online Protection SharePoint OneDrive) and Intune device management
Proven ability to troubleshoot across hardware software and network systems in a high-pressure environment
Experience with network security firewalls wireless networks and vendor/stakeholder management

Qualifications & Experience

Matric (Grade 12) essential
IT Diploma or Degree (or equivalent professional qualification)
3 5 years experience in IT infrastructure systems or network support
Experience supporting multi-site environments (retail or similar industries advantageous)
