Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies manage suppliers and drive cost savings
Lead supplier negotiations and manage contracts to ensure value and compliance
Conduct market analysis and identify sourcing opportunities and risks
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve procurement processes and performance

Key Requirements

Bachelors degree (NQF 7); postgraduate qualification advantageous
3 years experience in sourcing procurement or supplier management
Strong knowledge of procurement processes contract management and compliance
Experience with ERP systems e-sourcing tools and analytics platforms

Strong analytical and financial acumen
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Project and stakeholder management capability
Problem-solving and strategic thinking ability

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Procurement Supply Chain Business or related field
Additional certifications or postgraduate studies advantageous
Experience in fleet automotive or operational procurement beneficial
