Hedz Recruitment is seeking a proven HR Manager for a leading automotive group in Johannesburg. This is a hands-on HR leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes for automotive staff
Oversee performance management and employee relations
Ensure HR compliance policy implementation and HR administration
Maintain accurate HR records and reports
Advise management on labour law employee relations and HR best
practices
Drive employee engagement and support organisational HR initiatives
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
5 years experience as an HR Manager in the automotive industry
Proven experience in recruitment onboarding performance management & employee relations
Proven experience in HR compliance policy implementation & HR administration
Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation & MIBCO non-negotiable
