Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes for automotive staff

Oversee performance management and employee relations
- Ensure HR compliance policy implementation and HR administration

Maintain accurate HR records and reports

Advise management on labour law employee relations and HR best
practices -
Drive employee engagement and support organisational HR initiatives
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
- 5 years experience as an HR Manager in the automotive industry
- Proven experience in recruitment onboarding performance management & employee relations
- Proven experience in HR compliance policy implementation & HR administration
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation & MIBCO non-negotiable
