Job Summary
Our client in the telecommunications sector is looking for a Business Programme Manager (PMO) on a contract duration of 6 months.
Purpose of the role
The Senior Manager of the Strategy & Transformation PMO is responsible for the governance oversight project management and acceleration of a broad range of strategic initiatives which involve complex multi-disciplinary programs projects and activities. This position is responsible for driving the execution of strategic initiatives project plans and ensuring successful delivery and the effective functioning of the PMO. The Senior Manager will work closely with Leadership teams to align organizational objectives with project deliverables and provide comprehensive support throughout the project life cycle this will involve leading cross functional teams in the successful delivery of the workstream.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification
- Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in a senior project/program management role
- Work experience in a global management consulting or multinational business environment
- Proven ability to develop and manage budgets programs and projects
- Knowledge of best practices in strategy business transformation and project management
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical skills to identify and assess risks and opportunities and keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Excellent technical writing presentation and communication skills
- PMP certification is preferred
