A dynamic organisation is looking for an experienced Manager: Capturing & Credit Control to oversee and manage the daily operations of both departments. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage teams ensure accuracy in financial processes and support both Finance and Operations.
You will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity managing credit control functions and ensuring smooth communication across branches and internal stakeholders.

Executive Consultant
You will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity managing credit control functions and ensuring smooth communication across branches and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage changes to client accounts and ensure data accuracy
- Oversee daily operations of the Capturing and Credit Control departments
- Delegate tasks and manage team performance
- Maintain and update pricelists on internal systems
- Liaise with branches agents managers and zone managers
- Compile reports on performance statistics and targets
- Build and maintain operational and financial reports
- Handle batch creation and refund processes
- Compile information packs for investigations
- Manage SMS portal processes (including SMS sheet creation)
- Assist Finance and Operations with journals (debits/credits)
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
- Travel when required
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Grade 12 (essential)
- Diploma/Degree in a relevant field (advantageous)
- Minimum 4 years in a supervisory role within admin/finance
- Proven experience in managing teams and processes
- Advanced Excel experience
