Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Business Process Expert to join our clients team based in Boksburg. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background and a relevant qualification in Financial Management Industrial Engineering or Chartered Accountancy (CA) who is passionate about optimising business operations and leading high-performing teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

Analyse design and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Lead and manage a team responsible for process optimisation and operational excellence.
Identify gaps risks and inefficiencies within current business processes.
Develop and implement standardised processes policies and procedures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align processes with business objectives.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure KPIs are achieved.
Provide strategic input into operational and financial planning.
Facilitate change management and ensure successful implementation of new processes.
Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
Mentor guide and develop team members.

Minimum Requirements

Relevant qualification in Financial Management Industrial Engineering or Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience with Microsoft Teams & Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
Experience with SAP.
Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma advantageous).
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in business process management improvement or operational strategy.
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of financial and operational processes.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
