Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Business Process Expert to join our clients team based in Boksburg. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background and a relevant qualification in Financial Management Industrial Engineering or Chartered Accountancy (CA) who is passionate about optimising business operations and leading high-performing teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
- Analyse design and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and manage a team responsible for process optimisation and operational excellence.
- Identify gaps risks and inefficiencies within current business processes.
- Develop and implement standardised processes policies and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align processes with business objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Provide strategic input into operational and financial planning.
- Facilitate change management and ensure successful implementation of new processes.
- Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
- Mentor guide and develop team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Financial Management Industrial Engineering or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience with Microsoft Teams & Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma advantageous).
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in business process management improvement or operational strategy.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of financial and operational processes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
