Sales and Retention Consultant
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales and Retention Consultant.
In this role you will:
- Engage new and existing customers via non face-to-face channels on their loan and credit card needs.
- Identify and recommend the best loan and cards arrangement base on customer needs.
- Supported by digital journeys to assist customer to complete the application and onboarding process.
- Deliver consistent and best-in-class customer service
- Meet HSBC compliance and control standards
To be successful you will need:
- A communicator able to communicate and express well to deliver the best experience for the customer

- Empathetic and Energetic: You take the time to listen and truly understand your clients needs nurturing and building strong relationships with customers. You take ownership and deliver on your promises
- Team Player: You are able to work both independently and also as a team and motivate those around you to deliver the best experience for the customer
- Basic computing skills like Microsoft word Excel etc
- Prior sales experience would be advantageous but not essential
