Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of concierge operations including VIP guest arrangements and limousine services
- Manage lobby and driveway operations during peak periods high-profile arrivals departures and major events
- Handle guest feedback complaints and service recovery matters with professionalism urgency and discretion
- Oversee limousine reservations billing accuracy coordination and revenue forecasting to support operational efficiency
- Ensure LQA service standards are consistently met across all guest-facing concierge touchpoints
- Lead team training coaching performance reviews and day-to-day development of the concierge team
- Maintain a strong and visible operational presence in the lobby and driveway to support service excellence
- Work closely with Front Office Housekeeping Security and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with safety grooming and operational service standards at all times
Requirements:
- Member of Les Clefs dOr (Golden Keys)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Opera and hotel systems
- Excellent guest relations communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a luxury hospitality environment
