Strategy Associate
Job Summary
Reports To: Chief of Staff
Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Strategy Associate to support the Chief of Staff and the Executive Leadership Teamhelping to ensure the companys highest priorities are executed with precision and no critical decision falls through the cracks. This role is individual-contributor based with full-cycle project and governance ownership. You will be working across all internal departments to synthesize data into strategic insights track progress and maintain the organizations operating rhythm.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze complex datasets (financials KPIs market trends) to extract key takeaways provide concise briefing notes and strategic recommendations for the leadership team.
Proactively monitor business performance to highlight unusual trends performance gaps or emerging risks across various units before they escalate.
Take ambiguous business problems and break them down into logical frameworks and actionable workstreams.
Own the end-to-end creation of professional regular reports for management meetings ensuring a cohesive and data-driven narrative and design high-impact visual presentations for stakeholder meetings board presentations and company offsites.
Distill executive discussions into clear action items ensuring decisions are captured with total clarity on ownership and workstreams are moving forward across different departments.
Serve as the organizations checks and balances by conducting regular pulse-checks with stakeholders to track the progress of assigned actions and OKRs.
Lead high-priority projects that sit outside traditional departmental remits and able to pivot quickly when priorities shift under tight deadlines.
Identify where critical projects are stalling and collaborate with the Chief of Staff to re-allocate resources or troubleshoot bottlenecks.
Act as a neutral intermediary and point of contact for department leads facilitating cross-functional alignment while handling sensitive information with absolute discretion.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field that emphasizes logical reasoning and problem-solving.
35 years of experience in management consulting or a high-growth startups Strategy or a project execution role
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in analysis skills expert in Excel modelling
Able to work independently across multiple time zones and teams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in SaaS F&B tech POS or similar industries preferred but not required.
