Job Summary

AI Sales Enablement Intern

Are you a technical builder ready to redefine the future of sales Join AnyMind Group as an AI Sales Enablement Intern and bridge the gap between cutting-edge LLM architecture and high-impact commercial strategy. Working directly with sales leadership you will identify operational bottlenecks and deploy AI-driven solutions that significantly accelerate our regional sales cycle.

What Youll Do

  • Identify operational bottlenecks within the sales process and develop custom AI-driven automation chains to resolve them.
  • Manage and optimize regional digital advertising campaigns across programmatic social and mobile platforms to ensure client KPIs are achieved.
  • Perform deep-dive data analysis to generate weekly and ad-hoc reports featuring meaningful audience and brand insights for strategic clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Sales Creative and Engineering teams to troubleshoot pacing issues and fortify client pitches with technical innovation.
  • Develop and execute media plans and tactical solutions based on specific client success metrics and desired campaign results.

Who You Are

  • A Sales-Tech Hybrid with a figure-it-out mindset capable of mastering new AI tools and libraries independently and rapidly.
  • Proficient in prompt engineering and technical literacy with experience connecting AI APIs to build multi-step automation.
  • Skilled in Python SQL and AI-augmented coding environments like Cursor.
  • An expert storyteller who can translate raw datasets into persuasive executive-ready commercial narratives.
  • Possess Radical Curiosity and a Bias for Actionyou prioritize high-impact functional tools over theoretical perfection.
  • Currently based in Singapore and able to commit to a full-time internship for 36 months without sponsorship.

Nice To Have

  • Previous experience managing programmatic RTB or regional LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with building data-driven sales workflows in a fast-paced IT or startup environment.
