Our Client is currently hiring a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - LMS to join their amazing team

Their main areas of focus:vehicle software & operations mobile online services IT security fleet management sales & after sales purchasing & logistics and product portfolio management.
About the product:
Our Client selected the full SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite to help streamline and consolidate HR processes and increase efficiencies across all brands globally.
The SAP SuccessFactors solutions will enable our client to offer the digital tools its highly skilled and diverse workforce needs to succeed now and in the future. By partnering with SAP our client expects to enhance the employee experience and meet the ever-evolving requirements of the workforce and business. This project will be the biggest SuccessFactors project ever implemented worldwide.
Youll be focused in:
Lead the design configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors LMS module.
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Customize workflows templates and business rules to support recruitment and onboarding processes.
Integrate LMS with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems (e.g. background checks ATS).
Provide post-go-live support troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.
Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
In order to succeed youll need:
3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors working with LMS module
Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and application support
Strong understanding of HR processes especially in learning and onboarding
Ability to conduct business analysis document requirements and deliver solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
SAP SuccessFactors certifications in LMS is a plus
