Location: Lisbon Portugal Schedule: Full-time Rotational shifts Relocation support available
About the Role
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international team in this role you will be the first point of contact for customers helping them with inquiries resolving issues and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
You will work with well-known global brands in a dynamic multicultural environment with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone email and chat
Handle customer inquiries complaints and requests
Troubleshoot basic technical or account-related issues
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Accurately document interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with team members to improve processes
Requirements
Fluent German (C1/C2 level)
English B2 level
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer support is a plus
