About the Role

You will join a dynamic Data Projects team focused onsupporting and evolving a Python-based data platform used by QuantitativeAnalysts (Finance Risk Actuarial).

Your mission will be to bridge the gap between businessneeds and technical solutions ensuring the successful delivery of datause cases from requirements gathering to production rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in an Agile environment contributing to all ceremonies (daily sprint planning reviews backlog refinement)
• Gather analyse and challenge business requirements through workshops with stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Write user stories documentation and user guides
• Support the design and implementation of data solutions
• Guide users through platform onboarding and functionalities
• Contribute to data platform evolution and feature definition
• Ensure alignment with IT governance and data strategy

Technical Skills

• 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data projects
• Strong understanding of data architectures and data flows
• Knowledge of data governance principles
• Basic experience with Python and data analysis
• Ability to translate functional requirements into IT solutions
• Experience working with large data volumes
