Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing System Analyst who will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for incidents performing initial validation categorization and prioritization and ensuring proper routing to the appropriate teams with clear and complete technical information.

  • Log into production environments to perform operational tasks initial investigations and basic issue resolution.

  • Monitor system activities and alerts across multiple products identifying issues and taking appropriate actions.

  • Ensure end-to-end ticket governance by tracking progress driving timely resolution and maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders even when tickets are handled by other teams.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents resolutions and operational procedures.

  • Support service performance tracking by monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Extract analyze and interpret data from systems to support issue investigation and produce operational and performance reports.

Is this opportunity right for you We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a Bachelors degree in Information Systems Engineering Business or a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Have experience in a technical support or operations environment preferably with exposure to production systems.

  • Have experience in telecommunications environments (preferred) with exposure to billing operations such as usage processing rating and invoicing cycles.

  • Are comfortable working in production environments performing operational tasks with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues analyze system behavior and interpret data.

  • Have a solid understanding of systems data flows and application support concepts.

  • Have experience working with data (e.g. extracting analyzing or validating data) to support troubleshooting and reporting.

  • Demonstrate clear and professional communication in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Are organized able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

  • Demonstrate a proactive mindset taking ownership of issues and driving them through to resolution while continuously identifying and driving service improvement opportunities.
