Job Summary

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monthly consolidation and analyses of the financial statements of FLI and its subsidiaries for ExCom

Review of the financial statement supports and required schedules prior to submission to management.

Aids in preparation of consolidated FS notes and disclosures for quarterly reporting compliance annual audit and for external regulatory requirements.

Review of schedules and various supporting documents requested by the external auditor.

Determine ways to improve the Financial Statements preparation process and accuracy based on the available system and data.

Other tasks to be assigned as necessary.

EDUCATION TRAININGS LICENSES REQUIRED:

Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
Preferably with experience in Real Estate Industry
With at least 2-3 years working experience in finance accounting or related field
