Job Summary
Were looking for a highly skilledArchitectural Designerto join our team on a3-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance. Schedule:10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Salary: PHP/month
Contract Duration:3 months (with potential renewal/extension)
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and developinnovative architectural designsaligned with client vision and project requirements
- Producedetailed architectural drawings and plansusing tools like AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Collaborate withengineers contractors and project managersto ensure feasibility and execution
- Ensure all designs comply withlocal building codes and safety regulations
- Prepare and manageconstruction documentationfor project implementation
- Conductsite visits and inspectionsto ensure designs are executed correctly
- Developproject cost estimatesand help maintain budget alignment
- Stay updated withindustry trends materials and technologies
- Communicate effectively withclientsto understand and meet expectations
- Manageproject timelines and deliverablesto ensure timely completion
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience inarchitectural design and project executionis a plus
- Proficiency inAutoCAD SketchUp or similar design software
- Strong understanding ofbuilding codes and construction processes
- Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills
- Ability to managemultiple projects and deadlines
