Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (PH Time)

The client is a non-franchised premium real estate agency. 17 offices across Australia New Zealand and Dubai around $3B in annual sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce digital and print collateral - social content EDMs signage property boards brochures and ad templates
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Brief turnarounds on property listings campaigns and agent collateral
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts
- Manage and update design templates for team use
- Resize and adapt assets across formats and platforms
Requirements
What You Bring
Were looking for someone who:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign)
- Strong eye for typography layout and detail
- Experience in a fast-turnaround environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Real estate or property industry experience a bonus but not essential
You Are
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- A strong communicator who can take a brief and run with it
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Passionate about design and visual storytelling
