GRS Plan Design Analyst

Responsibilities:

Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures
Practice good judgment in processing cases
Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors
Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics
Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Management

Required Qualifications:

Education: High School/ Senior High/ Vocational Courses/ 1 yr completed in a bachelors program with at least 2 years of BPO experience; Bachelors Degree are open to apply

Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word PowerPoint and Excel)

Knowledge of Group Retirement is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

Good verbal and written English communication skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Fast Learner and can work with minimum supervision

Strong organizational skills
