The foundations are in place and the ambition now is to build on them with greater intention and at greater scale.
This is a role for a Sales Director who wants to shape what a market leader looks like at its next level of maturity.
What you will own
- Overall sales strategy and performance across Benelux
- Leadership and development of Sales Managers and senior sellers
- Enterprise expansion and executive-level customer engagement
- Deal quality pipeline rigour and commercial standards
- Building a sales culture defined by insight ambition and enterprise discipline
The opportunity
You will be joining a business that already has what most sales leaders spend years trying to build: a trusted brand a loyal customer base and a strong market position. The task is not to rebuild - it is to elevate.
You will bring modern enterprise sales thinking to a team with deep market knowledge and create the conditions for that knowledge to be deployed more ambitiously. That means raising commercial standards deepening executive relationships and shifting the conversation with customers from operational to strategic.
The scope for growth within the existing base and beyond it is considerable. You will have the executive sponsorship the autonomy and the platform to pursue it.

Ultimo operates with the pace and autonomy of a scale-up backed by the stability and investment of IFS. You will be expected to lead with clarity and conviction - making decisions at pace influencing through credibility and building a team culture that is ambitious disciplined and customer-focused.
This is a role for a leader who earns followership through example brings constructive challenge without ego and creates an environment where high performance becomes the norm.
What we are looking for
This role will suit a seasoned enterprise/commercial sales leader who brings:
- Proven leadership of complex multi-stakeholder enterprise/commercial sales organisations
- A track record of developing teams and raising commercial standards over time
- Credibility with C-level executives internally and externally
- The ability to drive cultural change with authority patience and good judgement
- Comfort operating with high autonomy and clear accountability
