As a CyberArk Support Engineer you will:
- Manage and support CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions across enterprise environments
- Handle core components including Vault CPM PSM PSMP CP and CCP
- Perform component upgrades disaster recovery (DR) failover and failback activities
- Onboard privileged accounts across Windows SSH databases and web applications
- Troubleshoot issues related to CyberArk components and custom connectors
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient PAM operations
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CyberArk PAM
- Strong expertise in Core PAS solutions and architecture
- CyberArk Sentry or CDE certification
- Experience in onboarding various platforms and integrating applications
- Exposure to troubleshooting and maintaining custom connectors
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
You should possess the ability to:
- Independently manage and support CyberArk infrastructure in production environments
- Handle upgrades DR activities and system enhancements efficiently
- Diagnose and resolve complex PAM-related issues
- Work with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders effectively
- Adapt to evolving security requirements and automation practices
