CyberArk PAM Engineer (ID 3665)

As a CyberArk PAM Engineer you will: Provide L2 support for CyberArk PAM issues service requests and escalations within SLA Manage and maintain CyberArk Core PAS components including PVWA PSM CPM and PSMP Troubleshoot CPM password rotation reconciliation failures and out-of-sync issues Support privileged session access issues (RDP/SSH) via PSM Onboard and manage privileged accounts across Windows SSH databases and web applications Monitor CyberArk platform health and analyze logs for proactive issue resolution What You Bring to the Table: 68 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on CyberArk PAM Hands-on experience with CyberArk Core PAS (Vault PVWA PSM CPM PSMP) CyberArk Defender Certification (preferred/mandatory) Good understanding of IAM and Privileged Access Management concepts Experience in onboarding accounts (Windows SSH DB Web Applications) Exposure to CyberArk AAM (Application Access Manager) and service account onboarding Experience in DR activities (failover/failback) and CyberArk upgrades You should possess the ability to: Diagnose and resolve PAM-related issues efficiently in a production environment Handle incidents changes and problem management processes independently Work with cross-functional teams and manage escalations effectively Perform log analysis and troubleshoot complex access and password management issues Ensure compliance with security standards and privileged access policies What we bring to the table: Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale CyberArk PAM environments Exposure to advanced security practices and IAM integrations Collaborative and fast-paced work environment Hands-on experience with critical infrastructure security operations Contract opportunity with potential for extension based on performance Lets Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail Feel free to reach out.
