We are currently searching for a BA-Product Owner:

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision goals and roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog using Azure DevOps for requirement management.
• Capture functional requirements specifically related to pet insurance processes and workflows.
• Write clear actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups and Retrospectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development squads.
• Ensure features deliver maximum value to customers while meeting compliance and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within Agile environments.
• Deep functional expertise in Pet Insurance domain processes and workflows.
• Hands-on proficiency with Azure DevOps for managing backlogs and requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to act as the voice of the customer.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Desired:

• Experience with API-driven products and technical integrations.
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
