WMS & TMS Systems Specialist (Supply Chain IT)

Position Overview

We are looking for an IT Supply Chain Systems Specialist with strong experience in WMS and TMS to support the implementation operation and continuous improvement of Supply Chain and Logistics systems across Mideas North LATAM region (Mexico Colombia Peru Panama and Ecuador).

This role will act as a key bridge between business and IT ensuring the successful delivery stability and optimization of WMS and TMS platforms while collaborating closely with regional teams and global IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation and optimization of WMS and TMS solutions
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations logistics IT and external vendors)
• Manage system integrations between WMS/TMS and ERP platforms
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting system support and continuous improvements
• Participate in testing phases (UAT regression go-live hypercare)
• Drive process standardization and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• 510 years of experience working with WMS and TMS systems
• Proven hands-on experience with at least one of the following platforms:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
• Blue Yonder (JDA)
• Manhattan Associates
• Infios (Körber)

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (warehousing transportation distribution)
• Experience with system implementations integrations and support
• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• English Advanced Written and conversational

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle or similar)
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience in 3PL retail or logistics environments
