Spanish Speaking Sales Officer

Our client is currently seeking a Spanish-speaking Sales Officer to join their growing team in Malta. This role requires native-level Spanish (European Spanish) alongside strong English communication skills as the position focuses on supporting a specific market.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in line with team targets and strategy
• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls and follow-ups to drive conversions
• Manage the full customer journey including onboarding and verification processes
• Provide accurate information about products and services ensuring a high level of customer experience
• Respond to client queries across multiple channels including phone email and SMS
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer interactions and efficient processes
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets
• Assist in preparing basic sales reports and tracking performance
• Support team initiatives including training documentation and process improvements
• Follow internal policies procedures and compliance standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales outbound sales or customer-facing roles with a sales focus
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
• Native-level Spanish (European Spanish) and good command of English
• Comfortable working in a phone-based sales environment including cold calling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
• Previous experience in financial services or similar industries is considered an advantage
