Incentives & Event Specialist

The candidate is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of all agency campaigns and events for Distribution to raise level of engagement of target audiences and support the companys overall business objectives.

• Assist in organizing and executing events and campaigns for the Distribution team including sales and recruitment initiatives incentive programs loyalty schemes and recognition events.
• Coordinate with various departments to prepare the annual agency campaigns and event calendar.
• Support the management of event logistics resources and budgets to ensure efficient execution.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of events and campaigns.
• Assist in the development and distribution of communication materials related to events and campaigns.
• Track and report on the progress of campaigns and events providing timely updates to the team.
• Assist in the fulfilment of rewards and incentives for marketers and agents.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the impact of events and campaigns.
• Support the preparation of promotional materials and other collaterals for events.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors as required.

• 13 years of experience in campaigns and event management marketing or a related field.
• Experience supporting agency campaigns or events in the financial services industry or relevant capacity.
• Experience dealing with agency/sales force is an advantage
• Diploma/ Bachelors degree in business marketing communication or related field
