Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
The Hong Kong is seeking an exceptional Tea Master to join our Michelinstarred Chinese restaurant team. This role is central to delivering a refined culturally authentic and memorable dining experience through the art and mastery of Chinese tea service.
The Tea Master will curate prepare and present premium teas with precision elegance and deep knowledge while educating guests and collaborating closely with the culinary and service teams to elevate the overall gastronomic journey.
Qualification
- Minimum 35 years of experience as a Tea Master Tea Sommelier or similar role within luxury hotels Michelinstarred restaurants or finedining Chinese establishments
- Proven expertise in Chinese tea culture brewing techniques and ceremonial service
- Excellent communication in Cantonese & English and guestengagement abilities
- Passion for hospitality storytelling and cultural authenticity
