Une offre dapprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en Transformation Digitale de la Finance (h/f) vient de souvrir au sein dAirbus Helicopters sur son site de Marignane.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique au sein du département Finance Digital Transformation en charge de la modernisation de lécosystème ERP et du déploiement de lAdvanced Analytics et de lIA à léchelle mondiale.

Cet apprentissage consistera à soutenir activement le programme de transformation de la fonction Finance vers lexcellence technologique et opérationnelle.

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 1 ou 2 an(s).

Ce poste nécessite dêtre éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice) vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :
Re-engineering de processus : Analyser les processus actuels (as-is) et concevoir les futurs processus standardisés et automatisés (to-be).
Support à larchitecture cible : Participer à la définition du futur paysage système et de la stratégie de migration vers les nouvelles solutions ERP.
Innovation & Benchmark : Explorer les meilleures pratiques du marché (IA en finance process mining) pour proposer des solutions modernes.
Pilotage de projet (PMO) : Assister la coordination globale le suivi des jalons et la mise à jour de la documentation de gouvernance.

Compétences & Prérequis :
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC 5 dans le domaine de la Finance du Management des Systèmes dInformation ou de la Stratégie pour un apprentissage dune durée de 1 ou 2 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :
Maîtrise des concepts financiers fondamentaux.
Forte appétence pour les outils digitaux et les systèmes ERP.
Excellentes capacités danalyse et esprit de synthèse.
Proactivité curiosité intellectuelle autonomie et capacité à communiquer dans un environnement à forts enjeux.

Compétences linguistiques :
Anglais : Courant (travail quotidien en anglais)
Français : Courant

An apprenticeship offer entitled Apprentice in Finance Digital Transformation (M/F) has just opened within Airbus Helicopters on Marignane site. You will join the Finance Digital Transformation department in charge of modernizing the global ERP ecosystem and deploying Advanced Analytics and AI within the Finance function.

This apprenticeship will consist in: actively supporting the enterprise-wide program to transform finance practices through cutting-edge technology and process optimization.

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 1 or 2 year(s).

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Process Re-engineering: Analyze as-is processes and design simplified standardized and highly automated to-be global processes.

• Target Architecture Support: Assist in defining the future operating model and system landscape (ERP evolution).

• Innovation & Benchmarking: Participate in identifying leading practices (AI in finance process mining) to ensure a modern solution.

• Project Coordination (PMO): Support the team with planning tracking and high-quality documentation of design decisions.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC 5 level training in the field of Finance IT/Information Systems or Business Strategy for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Solid understanding of financial concepts and/or major ERP systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.

• Proactive mindset autonomous driven by excellence and ability to simplify complex topics.

• Language skills:

English: Fluent (mandatory for daily international coordination)
French: Fluent

You may be required to travel depending on the projects proposed.
