Job Summary

Role Overview:

 

Within the Global Sales Luxury & Lifestyle team the apprentice will support the organization and performance of Accors presence at major international B2B events and trade shows.

This role combines event coordination business analysis and strategic support contributing both to operational excellence and to the continuous improvement of our impact.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Event Coordination & Operations

  • Support the organization of Accors participation in international trade shows
  • Coordinate timelines from stand design to on-site execution
  • Manage event platforms and participant registrations
  • Support logistics: stand catering animations suppliers
  • Assist in the coordination of client events (concept execution follow-up)

 

 

 

 

2. Data Reporting & Performance

  • Support the tracking and analysis of event performance (participation feedback KPIs)
  • Contribute to reporting and data structuring (Excel dashboards)
  • Assist in post-event analysis (REX return on experience)
  • Ensure data quality and support continuous improvement

 

3. Business & Market Insights

  • Contribute to the development of knowledge on markets clients and trade shows
  • Support the creation of event summaries (profiles segments buyers)
  • Assist in identifying relevant opportunities and trends

 

4. Strategic & Recommendation Support

  • Contribute to the preparation of hotel recommendations (target lists segmentation)
  • Support the team in building business-oriented approaches for each event
  • Participate in the reflection on positioning and relevance of events

 

5. Brand & Experience

  • Support the development of impactful brand experiences on stands and events
  • Participate in the creation of content and communication materials
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and positioning

 

6. CSR & Innovation

  • Support the implementation of CSR initiatives across events
  • Monitor trends in event design sustainability and innovation
  • Contribute ideas to improve formats and experiences

 


Qualifications :

Profile:

  • Masters degree (Bac 4/5) in Business School Marketing Communication or Event Management
  • Strong interest in events business development and hospitality
  • Ability to combine operational execution and analytical thinking

 

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with digital tools and platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 

Languages:

 

  • Fluent English (C1 minimum required)
  • French fluent
