Property Management Coordinator - Job Description Summary
Role Overview: The Property Management Coordinator oversees day-to-day operations of GAC properties including maintenance delivery subcontractor management client interfaces and regulatory compliance to maximize client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Building User Relations:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries requests and complaints
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with building users
- Resolve building issues conflicts and disputes effectively

Lease Administration:
- Oversee lease activity and coordinate with the leasing team
- Ensure lease deliverables are met through appropriate teams
Property Operations and Maintenance:
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities via JLLs preferred supply partners
- Develop preventative maintenance programs with the JLL Platform
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors
- Conduct regular property inspections
Financial Management:
- Support budget management forecasting and expense control
- Review and approve property-related invoices
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local laws regulations and building codes
- Coordinate inspections permits and certifications
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency preparedness
Reporting and Communication:
- Generate periodic performance financial and maintenance reports
- Support recommendations for improvements
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of property/facility management principles and local regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Financial analysis skills
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite
