About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a prominent producer of PVC hoses in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with the companys business objectives.
Lead manage and motivate the sales team providing guidance and training to enhance performance.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
Monitor and report on sales target achievements adjusting strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated sales initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management preferably within the manufacturing industry in Java Bali NTT and Kalimantan Market.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building customer relationships.
In-depth understanding of effective marketing and sales strategies.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
Willing to work on-site in Dadap or Tangerang Area.
