THE OPPORTUNITY

Join spektrs client-facing A-team - responsible for making sure every client goes live fast stays healthy and grows. As our Implementation Specialist you will know the spektr platform better than anyone and use that knowledge to get clients from signed contract to confident active usage.

You will go on-site solve real problems shoulder to shoulder with clients compliance and operations teams and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will work directly with the expansion & implementation lead and have a direct line to our founding team.

Tasks

• Own client relationships from signed contract through to healthy active usage - you are accountable for go-live and everything after
• Lead on-site implementation sessions and work streams configuring workflows and integrations to fit each clients exact needs
• Resolve configuration issues independently before escalating to engineering
• Own customer success of spektrs largest enterprise accounts and act as the internal voice of the client into product
• Build reusable implementation playbooks so every client gets a consistent experience and the same question is never answered twice
• Flag client health signals early - you notice when something is off before it becomes an escalation

Requirements

• 24 years in implementation solutions consulting or customer success at a B2B SaaS company - we care more about how you think than how long youve been doing it
• A structured problem-solver: when something doesnt work you go step by step rather than guessing
• Strong communicator - you can explain a technical concept clearly to a non-technical client and are excellent in handling senior stakeholders
• Comfortable with technical & legal documentation data flows and integrations - you dont need to be a developer or lawyer but you cant be afraid of infrastructure and regulations
• Willing and excited to travel to client sites - you do your best work in the room not on a call
• Highly organised: you manage multiple clients at different stages and nothing slips

You prefer a reactive support queue over owning relationships end-to-end need a dedicated technical team behind you to resolve anything non-trivial or are more comfortable with a clear structure.
