About the role

Ideally this is a hybrid role based in our London headquarters but we consider candidates from anywhere. A relocation package and visa sponsorship is an option if you are not currently in the London area. The whole Product organisation is currently based in the Greater London area with a strong office culture. To effectively manage your team youll be expected to have some office presence. After an initial onboarding period full-time at our headquarters (near London Bridge) we expect you to be in the office at least 2 days a week. All of your team regularly gets together in the office.

About you

  • You are comfortable working closely with engineering and working in an environment where compliance and speed both matter

  • You have developed a strong intuition for good UX through hands-on product management on user-facing products

  • You have an unbounded curiosity about the future of human health and the role clinical trials play in it

  • Bonus: Experience in a regulated industry (health tech clinical trials fintech etc.) or prior exposure to clinical trials

  • Bonus: You use AI tools as part of your product practice - in discovery synthesis and prioritisation - and you have a track record of thoughtful AI product decisions: knowing when to build with AI when to wait and how to evaluate whats working.

You belong here! If your experience and interests match with some of the above we want you to apply.
