This is a fantastic entry-level role where youll learn everything from sourcing candidates to managing the recruitment process all while working towards achievable targets and building valuable skills.

What youll be doing:

• You will become a superuser of our Applicant Tracking System (Kallidus) to manage candidate data track applications and generate reports
• Act as first point of contact for applicants - triaging enquiries and conducting initial screening calls
• Work across Microsoft 365 including Excel and PowerPoint to support reporting & create candidate literature
• Communicate and collaborate with colleagues and candidates via Teams & Outlook
• Effectively matching candidates to live apprenticeship vacancies
• Use video platforms (e.g. Hinterview) to manage and conduct interviews and create digital content
• Organise and store documents securely using cloud-based systems including OneDrive in line with GDPR
• Coordinate interviews and manage workflows using shared calendars
• Maintain accurate digital records and support basic data analysis ensuring 100% compliance

Salary: 20000 per annum

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch. Hybrid working 3 days in the office 2 at home.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion as well as the valuable work experience you have gained you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
