Corporate Solicitor (3 PQE)
Salary: bonus

Our client is growing its Corporate team and is looking for a solicitor who can run matters confidently build trusted client relationships and help strengthen the firms corporate and commercial profile in London and beyond.
The Opportunity
Youll join a collaborative Corporate team in a busy modern practice environment working with a broad client base ranging from start-ups and SMEs through to larger businesses with national and international reach. Youll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload with the support of a team that values quality responsiveness and commercial thinking.
The Work (Corporate & Commercial Matters)
You will advise on a varied caseload including:
- Business sales and purchases(share and asset deals)
- Shareholder agreementsand related corporate governance matters
- Commercial contracts(including trading agreements and terms)
- Loan agreementsand general financing documentation
- Wider corporate and commercial advisory work as required
Requirements (What Were Looking For)
To be considered you should have:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- Minimum 3 years PQEwithUK corporateexperience (either in private practice or an equivalent UK-based environment)
- Solid technical grounding acrossM&A / business acquisitions and disposalsand core corporate documentation
- Confidence handling matters with appropriate supervision and managing deadlines in a busy team
- Strong client care and communication skills(written and verbal)
- Acommercially mindedapproach and interest in understanding clients businesses
- A proactive attitude torelationship-building and business development(not necessarily a following but clear intent and capability)
