The Role:

As a Private Equity/M&A Associate Solicitor you will:

• Lead and support on high-value complex transactions including acquisitions sales and restructuring.
• Engage in drafting and negotiating transaction documents including share purchase agreements investment agreements and management incentive plans.
• Conduct due diligence and provide strategic advice to clients on corporate and commercial matters.
• Work closely with financial sponsors and private equity firms building strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team in a fast-paced transactional environment.

The Person:

To excel in this role you will need:

• 2 PQE with a strong background in corporate law ideally with experience in PE or M&A transactions.
• A proven ability to manage complex transactions and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional drafting negotiation and communication skills.
• A proactive entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to delivering excellence.
• A strong academic background and a passion for working in a high-energy client-focused environment.
