Location: Kendal

Salary: 45000 to 65000 (depending on experience)

Experience: 2 PQE (all experience levels considered)

Our client is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking to strengthen its presence in Kendal. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a well-established office and play a genuine part in shaping the next stage of its development.

You will advise on a broad range of corporate matters working closely with colleagues across the firm and supporting clients through transactions and strategic projects. The role suits someone who enjoys variety values collaboration and wants to be part of a team with clear momentum.

What Youll Be Doing

• Supporting clients on corporate transactions and advisory work

• Drafting and negotiating key documents and managing transaction processes

• Working directly with clients and building trusted relationships

• Collaborating with colleagues across other practice areas where matters overlap

• Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the Kendal office

What Were Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 2 years PQE in Corporate law

• Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness

• Confident communicator with a client-first approach

• Organised proactive and comfortable managing competing deadlines

• Collaborative mindset and an interest in helping grow an established office
