Were looking for an enthusiastic Hire & Sales Coordinator to join our Non-Mechanical division which offers the latest industry-leading Non-Mechanical equipment including pedestrian / crowd control barriers temporary security fencing trench boxes bogmats magnetic rail barriers road plates and more.

As the first point of contact for our customers youll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and driving our success. From managing hire requests to coordinating logistics and resolving queries youll be the go-to expert who keeps everything running smoothly. Its a challenging rewarding role that offers real career progression in a business thats growing fast.

What Youll Be Doing
Managing incoming and outgoing hires per day across a wide range of Non-Mechanical equipment
Processing hire desk administration and handling customer and supplier queries with speed and accuracy
Ensuring stock levels meet demand and identifying opportunities to maximise sales
Coordinating with drivers and fitters to ensure timely deliveries and collections
Resolving customer complaints and supplier issues with professionalism and efficiency

About You

What Youll Bring

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of operational know-how customer focus and a proactive mindset including:
Ideally proven experience in a high-volume hire desk or similar fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills with a commercial edge and a drive to increase sales
Strong communication and organisational skills with great attention to detail
Confident IT skills including Outlook and Excel
A team player who can also work independently and use their initiative
Experience in the plant & tool hire industry is a bonusbut if youve got the passion and willingness to learn well support you every step of the way
