Rate of Pay: 24.02 - 33.32 per hour
Summary:
An opportunity to provide high-quality trauma-informed support to victims of domestic abuse. You will manage a caseload carry out risk assessments and work closely with multi-agency partners to safeguard individuals and promote positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and practical support to victims of domestic abuse
- Conduct risk assessments (DASH) and develop safety plans
- Support victims through criminal civil and family court processes
- Work with agencies including police housing health and social care
- Participate in MARAC and safeguarding meetings
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Accredited IDVA Qualification
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of domestic abuse legislation and safeguarding frameworks
- Experience with risk assessment tools (e.g. DASH)
- Excellent communication and case management skills

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires an Enhanced DBS
