Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am 5pm on-call duties (1 in 9)

Service Users: Children and Young People with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) trauma neglect and abuse
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services (or working towards)
Experience Required: Senior-level experience within a residential childrens home setting

Who we are looking for:
A confident and experienced Registered Manager who can lead a team to deliver high-quality clinically informed care. You will have strong leadership skills a sound understanding of safeguarding and the ability to manage a home in line with Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and the Care Standards Act 2000.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home ensuring compliance promoting therapeutic relationships and driving positive outcomes for children and young people. Strong communication report writing and team development skills are essential.
