As an SD Performance & Continuous Improvement Specialist you will act as a technical leader across complex customer projects. You will engage with customers and internal stakeholders tooptimizeperformance drive continuous improvement and ensure effective application of Baker Hughes technologiesand productsthroughout the project lifecycle. .
As an SD Performance & Continuous Improvement Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Act as a technical leader and mentor on complex integrated customer implementations across projects and organizations.
- Partner with customers to define technical requirements perform analysis and estimate implementation effort.
- Deliver detailed solution designs owning technical deliverables throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Project Managers Consultants and crossfunctional teams adhering to change management and execution standards.
- Drive performance improvement cost efficiency lessons learned and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.
- Engage with rig site wellsite and onshore teams to review performance gather feedback and implement improvements.
- Leverage product capabilities to promote standardization minimize customization and maximize reuse of existing solutions.
- Maintain strong customer communication continuously enhance technical skills and work effectively both independently and within teams.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
- Have relevant professional experience in drilling performance and/or rigsite automation environments
- Have extensive experience in software analysis solution design architecture and methodologies
- Have strong rigsite operational knowledge and understanding of the well construction process
- Have proven experience with data extraction conversion and performance analysis
- Have strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Have the ability to clearly articulate Baker Hughes value proposition to customers
- Have demonstrated capability to proactively identify issues and work independently while collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams
