Report Submission: Within 810 days post-assessment

Case Overview:
The client aged 40 is experiencing persistent lower back pain following a road traffic accident and has now been referred for a specialist spinal evaluation.

According to the referring clinician the symptoms have persisted for over 12 months and are now accompanied by lateralising signs warranting a detailed spinal assessment.
