Business Development Manager Immediate House Sales
Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager - Immediate House Sales you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in lending to customers in the residential cash-buying property market. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
As a Business Development Manager - Immediate House Sales we are looking for someone to:
- Identify and target potential clients within the cash buying residential property space building strong relationships to increase customer based and client loyalty
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities trends and competitor activities and then use this information to inform business strategy and client engagement
- Work with the Director of IHS to create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets
- Establish and Maintain professional relationships with industry stakeholders including estate agents brokers and property investors
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by the IHS channel and present these to clients in a clear manner
- Actively manage a sales pipeline ensuring customers receive the required updates
- Negotiating pricing and funding levels with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while meeting company revenue goals
Qualifications :
Essential:
- Strong understanding of experience of dealing with residential property.
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- A background in telephone or face to face sales
- Able to operate outside of own personal objectives & work in a team to achieve business objectives and maximise sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of working with a CRM system and updating contact records.
