Demo Sales Manager (EarlyCareer Opportunity)

Hours: 40 per week MondayFriday
Hybrid: at least one day per week in the Wolverhampton office

Were looking for a motivated and curious earlycareer professional to join our UK&I Sales Team as a Demo Sales Manager. You dont need years of experience just great communication skills an interest in how machinery works and the drive to learn.

This role gives you the chance to build your confidence develop core sales skills and gain a full understanding of how a global organisation operates. From day one youll receive support training and handson experience across our sales and service teams.

What youll be doing

In this development role youll learn by doing working closely with experienced colleagues as you grow. You will:

Learn & Develop

  • Shadow our sales teams to understand how we work
  • Learn how to deliver demonstrations site surveys and user training
  • Get familiar with our products and technology

Engage with Customers

  • Support meetings and demos both in person and through virtual tools
  • Help identify new customer opportunities
  • Build strong relationships and represent the Nilfisk brand

Support Operations

  • Plan equipment delivery and implementation
  • Work closely with other departments to deliver great customer experiences
  • Keep administrative tasks up to date including CRM/Salesforce records and call planning

Collaborate & Contribute

  • Attend team meetings and share progress on monthly/quarterly priorities
  • Bring ideas creative thinking and problemsolving to help drive results

Your Team

Youll work closely with our Indirect Sales Manager who will guide you as you grow into the role. Youll join a friendly supportive team of sales professionals who enjoy sharing knowledge and helping each other succeed.
